It's amazing the way things are turning out thus far as they seem to be in line with what you've been sharing as your line of thoughts No surprises there with Mr.Frischer moving swiftly towards acquiring the shares this month.

If it is not too much of an ask, could you please share some insights or re-direct me to some of the sites online which can help understand how it all works (valuation wise) when listed companies are taken of private..I would like to understand the industry norms in terms of P/E multiples considered during such transaction and more so in the last mile space.
