    Just thinking about the mediation between GSW, the CA n ASIC...

    Its extremely uncommon for mediation not to succeed especially in the CA.... I think this is only the 2nd case ever going to trial over here...

    Just wondering if GSW might have gone in to negotiations unwilling to compromise a $$$ settlement.... seeking a "total withdrawal" or "we go to trial" stance ... Judging from what we have heard in the trial so far?

    I know its early days yet....

    Thoughts anybody??
