why would you hold this share if you think it's worth 5c. in the mean time the entire asx has rocketed since the March sell off and you have just kept hold of this and now expect it to drop ~20%. on top of this you are completely speculating on what top line capital will do.

further to your last point I think most stocks rise and fall with announcements pending and the direction of the stock leading up to the pending announcement usually indicates whether positive or negative. this isn't new information.

DSE has gradually been improving in all areas, growth has a been strong and the recent capital raise all directors purchased maximum shares allowed. I don't think they would contribute $30,000 each if they thought the SP was going to be worth 5c.
