I think a 3rd option could be that currently Chinese state owned enterprises are not allowed to invest further and if anything are being told to pull back on their overseas investments (ie sell down). Not saying this is true but is a maybe.......

If the Forum doesn't mind me going off-topic as you also raised about MTH, Ive also been looking at silver plays - not heard of MTH but is in very speccy phase as it awaits drill results, but MKR might be worth a view, new IPO to debut soon. Now back to the 'Creek'......
