You're right, but from my experience, it worked with me most of the time.
Specially, when the stock is going good TA & FA, then the depth is playing an important role.
And that's the case with TMZ, unless it breaks below the support @3c, I see an uptrend from here up to ~6c

Attached chart is how I'm looking at TMZ at the moment from TA perspective.
It formed a bullish pennant with target range around the 6c levels.

We could just wait for the break of that pennant, and then Game ON. The most important day is when the new shares hit the market.
