I hope I'm reading this right - Mittleman now control 4 lots of 8.5% = 34% of VRL shares?
Chris Mittleman has been very clear that a fair price would be $5.00 - if they now own 34%, there is no way this $2.40 deal will be accepted.
This top 20 is dated August 2019 (will be from FY19 financials). If I'm right, Mittleman now own 66m shares, which is more than VRC.
Has to be strategic. Sounds like it's game on.
Thoughts? Am I reading this right?
Is there any way of getting a current Top 20? Would be interesting to know who's been selling if Mittleman have picked up 66m in the past few months.
