Correct me if i'm wrong but is Aurenne actively increasing there holdings as shareholders agree to the cash offer? If so, explains why 4.7 and 4.8c was chomped. Looks like interested parties are soaking up anything below 50 and grabbing a small but quick profit.
Given the situation and recent accoutrements I have now changed my sentiment to sell as I plan on accepting the cash offer.
