It's been happening for years, it's the reason why I no longer hold NTU and the reason why this company is unfortunately destined to fail. Chinese predatory investment has given effective control of the company to the Chinese by way of places on the board and voting rights as a collective group. This hole in the ground will never return a cent to any investors other than the Chinese who are now by my rough calculations very close to the 50% mark based solely on mandatory disclosures as major shareholders. The true Chinese investment may be far higher.
