It's all there in the public record of major shareholders, do the sums to check for yourself.
As for the predatory nature you would have noticed over the last ten years that following every offer of major investment from a Chinese entity there has been a marked decrease in share price, normally on very low volume, a major delay and then withdrawal of the offer and a smaller offer at a lower price by yet another Chinese entity followed by further dilution. What more evidence do you need.
