Yes, I think certain sophs (take a guess) are holding the price down. They got in at 1.6c and most likely aslo participated in the SPP at 1.8c, used to be long holders but now manipulate it for short-medium trades.
Once decent news arrives, IMO Chia will be participating in his tranche 2 at the aformentioned price to bump him up to ~20%.
But yes long-term still looks very good.
