    The convertible notes were issued at 3c...
    so they can take their shares in lieu of cash and get a larger percentage ownership? And since they will soon own the company anyway the cash loan aspect makes no difference to them.
    So the convertible notes will basically just dilute the nay sayers further at no cost to Aurenne?

    I don't think I understand convertible notes.
