Yes. My guess is they are just hoovering up sub .0505 and happy to sell into everything over.
they will sell into the TO and maintain additional upside with a rival bid.
But why would they have voted yes to director freebies? That bit makes no sense. But they must (not must, but very likely) have for the numbers to add up?
