They are an arb fund. I'm a bit surprised with them coming up to 10pc. They would have been able to stop the offer going to compulsory acquisition at 8pc anyway as there are some SH don't respond. Guess they will be having discussions with Aurenne about an increased offer. If Aurenne don't play ball they will surely have to go unconditional/walk away. Its just a matter of who blinks first. Out of our hands.
