I would have thought he'd have waited until the SP was something more reasonable before selling - but I guess he can get a bit of cash-flow without attracting a CGT obligation at these prices.

Very often, I've noticed, things like tax-bills arrive and excs need to cash-up a bit of their holdings, but that's only a 'f'rinstance' from me bit IMO, whatever way you look at it, it doesn't send a positive message to current SH.

Anyway - who knows anything about the workings inside KTD-land these days?
