    James holds 4.87% (12.49 M shares) (sold 0.16M shares for a odd 35K AUD)
    Viv holds 9.1% (23.3 M shares) (sold 2.3 M shares for a cool 500K AUD)

    together they own 13.97% of KTD. Valued at 7M AUD. It will be in their best interest for KTD to do well and maximize their returns. Why sell at 7 M when you can sell at 14 or 21 M in a few more months (provided things gets back in track)

I am sure that is the reason behind the sale of stock. This is common in startups.
