Think you answer come from several questions which won't be answered like who are the shareholders of omniblend, omniblend nourish and keytone. ( the percentages) Then look at omniblends profits for say 4 to 5 years it looks like the last year was pretty good just before keytone bought it.Just for the heck of it maybe have a look and see how better the nourish business is Not much information comes from ktd so we might never no. I think 49% of ktd is held by mum and dad investers which is worth remembering. But everyone will have their opinion.
