I would love to see no more dilution - as I still want to come back to holding... but with the wharf development now... I cannot see how they will get the funding without another placement....
6-10million... they raised 5.3... commercial property finance requires typically a 30% deposit... plus the architect fees... they have basically spent the raise already
so if they finance 4-7 million dollars at 2.5% interest (conservative) - that is 100-175k interest only per year... cash burn last half year was 4 million already
