probably there is some deal already done between ASM and Somboon
Now think about it:
if Somboon offer sto buy all of ASM
42.08% + 12.84% = 54.92%
The price Somboon paying ASM for the shares will be interesting. I don't think ASM will sell for anything less than 10 cents, considering their initial investment was 23 cents per share.
Somboon is only interested in Star Vegas. Aristo will probably be sold off (maybe back to the Lim brother or the Genting group).. and hopefully the proceed will be use for shares buy back to buy out Aussie retail shareholders and take the company private.
Ask these questions to Paul Amatavivadhana at the next AGM, and see what he says.
