can't disagree with any of that Sevo, but I would say that the UK property planning system is gamed by developers all the time, and when that happens I'd suggest that the real problem is the system itself - it shouldn't be possible to game it.

whilst SO4 may have gamed it, the EPA appears to be letting them do it, and as you've pointed out in the past, complaints were lodged, so it's not like they were in the blind about it.

so if I was a local resident and had concerns, my main issue would be with the system / EPA rather than SO4 (although I can completely understand why some may have an issue with SO4 too)
