it shouldn't have any effect on the basis of the following:
1. the market knew about the release of shares from escrow.
2. the market was made aware of Nirs intention to sell shares to cover his tax liability
3. Nir has also disclosed his intent to convert his options with some of the remaining sale proceeds, which could net multiple millions to the company when they are converted.
