Am I reading this correct that Aurora, which was one of CANNs largest share holders didn't participate in the capital raise? As always not sure if I am trying to read too much into this stuff but to me that seems less than ideal, thoughts?. I am aware that those big Canadian weed companies are raining in there overseas acquisitions to stem their own cash outflow.
