    Well I certainly agree a cap raise at a 20% discount with at least some to short term holders in a very illiquid stock does not look bullish.

    Positive that Tribeca and NAOS participated and Xing brought on market on the day of the announcement.

    Now that it is down here, it will be very hard to get it back up.
