Spheria have been very bullish on Media for over a year now . They have substantial holdings in prime and seven I don’t know now on Earth they go the FM of the year award as there small cap fund has underperformed over 1 year and 3 .
interestingly guys ( and I disclose I am a PRT shareholder ) the PRT result out tonight was so much stronger than SWM on every metric ( won’t go into it hear as it’s a SWM thread) . If SWM are going to pursue a merger it would need to be done after they sell some assets as the PRT SP as of tomorrow I imagine will trade above SWM and I think any future deal would need to be script plus cash A merger will make sense Given synergies , but with a EV of only 16m ( net cash 17m , and cash flow of 20m plus they will need to offer a lot more than last time .
