"When you sell your shares because you are not happy with management or you lost money you need to move on"
Why do you need to move on if you aren't happy with management?
If the underlying business is good and management is changed then that can result in a turnaround in the share price so why move on?
Alternatively if management and/or the business are bad or ineffective, why not share your research so others don't get suckered out of their cash?
