Two interesting articles in 'Defence technology review' november issue.
First article just confirmation of the first export order for the lynx lance turret to the hungary military and a little mention for bis.
But the second article i find interesting 'turreted boxer for germany confirmed'.
The lance turrets for the german boxer will be built in Australia.ie at Rheinmetall's MILVEHCOE facility in qld.
hmm this makes me believe Australia will be supplying the 500x UK boxer turrets ,and potentially an extra 1000 in the future.(hmm will bisalloy be supplying the armor plate.?)
Rheinmetall appears to be absolutely following thru of their commitment to involve this QLD facility in their global supply chain.
The turrets,both for boxer and lynx come in kit form.
It seems to me this new plant will provide bisalloy with solid and constant global and domestic production growth.
