There should be rules around suspension/trading halts. It seems companies can be suspended indefinitely. With no time frame or protocals to follow. There should be a one month warning. After one month if there is no definitive answer as to why a company should continue its suspension then the suspension should he lifted and trading will resume as normal. Possibly even under a unique code. EVEN if the market is not fully informed at least it gives holders a chance to unload shares and if the price tanks it might force management to do something about the situation.
PS I guarantee management salaries arenta being suspended.
