The escrow on angel investors shares converted at the IPO was lifted on June 10th 2020. Those early pre-IPO investors have received their shares at a price of 76c. They have been locked in for around 18mos up to June 10th 2020 and it is understandable that they might want to take their size-able profit and move on to something which is not quite as static as AMX is at the moment. IMO while there is not much in the way of exciting announcements and in this lacklustre market those early AMX investors who are a bit restless will need to move through the market before there is any upward pressure on the SP. A lot of them probably already have so it should not be too much of a hindrance.
