    Not a good look when your major shareholder is selling down.

    He exited the board just before the $1m connote and is now selling his holding. IMO the board needs to get onto this asap as it is dropping the VWAP and will further dilute shareholders (re the connote conversion).

    Magnolia's website says $350m AUM, therefore, i don't think they are selling because they need the money.
