Oh wow... the blue skies community are jumping up and down on colourful words. At the end of the day, this just shows full of uncertainty and they are not confident to even provide detailed information. Oh well, the blue skies community can hang onto the colourful word "shortly".
That 4 level of assessment is looking awfully tough... all fingers are crossed and with my tinted glass on that, a bfs isn't located in the 4 levels of assessment... Unfortunately, in the real world without tinted glass on a bfs is likely needed.
