Exactly! CS are 'borrowing' ownership because CIMBS asked/want them to! This so they (CIMBS) can accumulate more at this ridiculously low SP without having to declare it! When they do (and they will) recall the shares from CS, 'boom', they suddenly have xx% of the company and will declare as such!
No shorting here folks, move along...
