The fact that, since early May, they have been selling down and the share price has been rising during this sell down also means shares have been taken up.
There have been significant changes in management after they initially started buying, (around late Dec 19) and the market is looking at a different story.
And all of this conjecture, still doesn't make it clear what they intend, but I do tend to side with you that it is likely unloading the lot, therefore also agree with TZtar, that there has to be a better way of managing it.
