I think PEK going up is not crazy in line with the rest of the rear earth's space starting to move.
With an SML it's game on. Whether that happens is another thing, but people wanting to place a bet at these prices is pretty clever.
It could still be released before the election.
Or perhaps one of these politician's just needs to find a way to make this go ahead. There will be a way.
