I posted about 2 weeks ago requesting the BODs to explain why the Constitution was changed, why the Chairman and the other Appian director plus the CEO have been removed. There has not been any clarification. I read that Appian increased its shareholding by circa 389k. There are a number of possibilities ie Appian continue to buy to return their %age ownership from 30.89% to 33.36%, good news re SML (I am not holding my breath), or something out of left field. If any SHs on HC attending the AGM can follow up on why the changes it would be appreciated.
