Hammer Metals Ltd (ASX:HMX) (“Hammer” or the “Company”) is pleased toannounce that Central Mutual (Investments) Trust and Lundie Investments Pty Ltd have elected to exercise a combined total of 40,236,972 HMXOD options. Both entities are controlled by Mr Paul Clarke, an original seed capital shareholder in Hammer. Mr Clarke is a highly experienced natural resource investor and has a long association of positive investments in the Mount Isa region. Mr Clarke has held significant shareholdings in companies in the region including EXCO Resources whilst also being a pre-discovery investor in Gold Road Resources (ASX:GOR). He also currently holds and invests in several non ASX listed gold exploration entities. The Company is delighted that Mr Clarke has elected to convert his options.
