@dea006 Possibly had an option in place with a party because the price of the trades makes no sense??
Is this even possible? I guess having an option to buy at an expiry date with a party post creeping provision timeline being met is not illegal?

At the end of the day, whatever happened, someone or some entities must have agreed to the price. Other than an option scenario Delphi must have found a willing seller who accepted a discount for a bulk sale? I would have thought another insto would just say, come and buy off us on market and pay a fair price based on market conditions.
