    i agree , i dont buy the line its for ADR’s , why would they want to increase the amount of shares on the usa market , they would want to decrease share supply to ramp prices up, if its for arbitrage they wouldnt steadily increase up to 38 % interest , wouldnt we all love to know what there end game is
