    "These guys" are really just Miles Staude at GVF who has been chipping away for a few months now.
    Miles usually puts pressure on for change in undervalued situations and then exits rather than takeover.
    However, he could team with another shareholder and do what you suggest.
    That would be a classic Geoff Wilson move.
