on a second thought, it's not impossible that Miles offers a scrip deal. i dont remember them doing it previously, however in the current environment it might be a good fit for him to grow his fund: CVF is nearly 50 pct cash, also has a global mandate and value bias fpr him to market to existing shareholders. Just have to talk the founders/managers into the deal. Will not be long then for Geoff to come to the party as he gets a cut off GVF's fees.
