Didn't the FIL analyst admit in open court that they didn't do any proper analysis? If that's their style don't see why this new buying would be any different.
The only thing GSW has proven to this point is how rapidly growing it's cost base is. Core revenue still tiny (big %s are easy off a small base) and most of their revenue came in from acquisitions. That doesn't mean they are bad acquisitions - different point.
Massively loss-making, fleeing the market that built them and knocking 50% off the share price in the process - I'm scratching my head how people can come out of the trial and developments of late saying their faith in management / business fundamentals is stronger. Sure I can see you might be confident about winning the case but that's a different thing.
