One potential strategy is that this company is looking to be taken private by certain parties. Whom and when I am not too sure at this stage. Propping up the share makes some sense as this SP would be on the way to zero as it has no value in the context of the ASX. I personally had a chance to get out but did not. Yes a little regret there but if I have to take a loss at some point down the track it will suit my portfolio that has some very healthy profits that are sitting there on paper as the tax implications this financial year do not suit. Many ways to skin a cat. However the odds of success on another exchange are questionable and these guys will have to spruik in the North American environment to attract new investors.
Are they already lined up...or is it just a precursor to go private...change names and do all that fancy shite...double nuckle shuffle as we call it.
