Timing of buys interesting. Looks like they began to buy end of August pre NEO, then have picked up the pace at these low prices after.

Happy to see a major holder backing them regardless of listing location. Add that to the public support from Frischer and Clutterbuck in letters/news and major shareholders appear squarely behind management and the company.
