So Regal Fund Management actively traded some 6m shares over the past 13 weeks for a net sale of 1.2m ord shares
They still manage 27.5m ord shares in OPT with 8.15% of the stock
They've just bought 2.962m ADS for the US shares so they can trade them too I guess. That amounts to another 7% of the stock.
In total they own 15% of the OPT shares.
Whatever Phil King says, I guess they really like OPT...
