class 1 & 2 from looking at ASX is the old CEO options which go out till 2024...
for the current management 90m of their options have NOT vested yet. They still need to deliver on all the items from Trache 2-5 from what I posted.
the class 8 options have vested for current management and they Delivered well to take the company from 5-6 cents to 20 cents and just raised $12.5m at 20 cents to fund Europe and US roll out.
building a great foundation. I have NO problem with ESOP plans for companies with good value creative KPIs! Which all these new option have been. or I want to see them significantly out of the money! This management team have done BOTH!
