because the current management DO NOT HAVE any OPTIONS at 3 cents!!!
let me ask you a question they took over the company 5.8ish cents they were awarded a package with the first tranche only in the money from 10 cents... share price is now 20ish cents have they NOT earned their first tranch by delivering almost 4x return this far?
how would you have incentivised the management of you were a shareholder which you are not!!!
