Well that explains the SP past 2 days, Greencape taking profits on +12M shares, positive aspect was how easily they were absorbed by the mkt.
Most of the bigger funds now have "green" mandates built into their asset allocation policies, when they decide to buy a RE business they will only have one choice.
This is where these initial more aggressive are positioning IMO, building equity that they will ultimately sell down to the Pension funds etc, Greencape has banked an early return.
