there is a difference between custodial holding and beneficial ownership of shares. CS Nominees acts as a custodial holder of shares on behalf of clients who retain a beneficial interest in the holding. Credit Suisse acts as a broker for lots of private banks like Cresstone etc so when you see the Nominees turn up in a company of this size it is almost certainly clients of the broker not the bank itself who have taken a position. When I buy shares via the private banking platform I use it shows up as a nominee holding, not as me.
I don't think Credit Suisse would be a buyer here.
