Class E Performance Rights8,000,000 Class E Performance Rights will vest upon the Companyexecuting a binding agreement with a global telecommunicationscompany (Telco) vendor which has a contract value in excess of $1,500,000 on or before 30 December 2021.

This new performance clause to be voted upon in the upcoming AGM directly relates to a partnership deal with the likes of an Oracle or Microsoft / Metaswitch . This was also confirmed by Steve Wood via email yesterday .

The distinct differences between the proposed performance rights A , B , C , D and E compared to previous years is notable . The above proposed performance rights are based upon , increased share price , annual recurring revenue , bank balance and partnerships with telco deals .

Management clearly have a much better understanding of the company’s position , direction , engagements , future outcomes and monetary return , maybe the performance rights provide a clearer picture for investors due to the existing confidentiality of existing operations .
