Well no one can know this apart from Regal but they also know that continous sell downs may panic some holders and therefore make their overal investment weaker if everyone decides to sell. Based on previous Regal sell down patterns on other stocks, I've seen they usually do a couple of a mill at a time. The downside of them investing in illiquid stocks.
