Regal has been selling for months, as disclosed on their announcements on 21/10, 9/10 and 30/7.

My observations on many stocks is that it is better to stay away from stocks they hold, they often sell aggressively, punishing the share price.

I note with DTC, there was significant selling pressure after the announcement of the AGM, where some very generous options were proposed for management/directors.
