Mittleman now has 28m - this is enough to vote Scheme A down. Good. Great actually.

Mittleman and Spheria have publicly stated they are voting NO on Scheme B, that's 43m votes as at Friday.

195.3m total shares, 25% needed for the NO vote to win = 49m NO votes needed.

According to Spheria, the VRC crew control around 42% of the shares, let's call this 82m. Add 10m for Sethu (I assume) and they've got 92m YES votes.

43m NO votes from the 2 big boys, leaves 60m votes unannounced.

We only need 10% of those unannounced votes for Scheme B to die the horrible death it deserves. Alternatively, 90% needed for YES, which is 54m of 60m.

    "I like love those odds".

I'd still love to know who's been selling their shares in the past fortnight. Considering the volume (highest weekly in 10 years) it MUST be coming from the top 20 holders (below the 5% mark, otherwise we'd see Form 604 for reduction).
